Australian Standard Delivery – $15.00 AUD Flat Rate (All Orders)
2 – 4 business days for delivery to; NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC
4 – 10 business days for delivery to; TAS, SA, NT, WA, Far North QLD

Delivery times may vary based on stock availability, time of year and courier workload – Tracking information will be provided at the time of dispatch, so that you can follow your order until it reaches you.

Please note that timing of delivery is also subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. Should an item be out of stock at the time of order placement, one of our staff will contact you shortly to discuss an exchange or backordering of the item.

We only dispatch and deliver orders during business days; this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Changes of delivery address must be made via email or phone, and this has to be done prior to dispatch of your order.

Cancellations:

Lanterncove will allow cancellations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, this sale is firm with only the exception of stock arriving faulty.

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to your rights at law. The return of products will be accepted in the case of the following;-

  1. We accept that you have received a product(s) from us that is not as described at the time of order placement, in which case we will replace the incorrect item with the correct one OR credit your Credit Card / Bank Account with a full refund;
  2. We accept that the product(s) has been delivered in a damaged or faulty state, in which case we will replace the damaged/faulty item OR credit your Credit Card / Bank Account with a full refund.

Please make your product selections carefully, as we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect decision.

If you believe that the product(s) you have received is not what you ordered, or if an item has arrived damaged/faulty, please notify us in writing by email. Please also note that photographic evidence will be required in both cases, and faulty goods may be collected in some cases for Quality Assurance purposes. Once established, we are happy to offer a replacement, exchange or full refund. An alternative item will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available.
